ARTISTIC PRACTICE

Cindal Ma began working in ceramics in October 2023, developing a dedicated studio practice from February 2024. Working exclusively in handbuilding techniques, their sculptural work explores figurative forms in unglazed clay that investigates the relationship between the body, gravity, Earth, and light and the spaces that relationship creates in between.
